제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 먹고마실(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
- 서비스는 이용자가 자신이 먹고 마신 음식·음료 사진을 게시하고, 이를 궁금해하는 다른 국가의 이용자와 질문·답변을 통해 소통할 수 있는 플랫폼입니다.
- 서비스는 데이팅(만남 주선) 서비스가 아니며, 나이·성별·외모 정보에 기반한 매칭 기능을 제공하지 않습니다.
제3조 (회원가입 및 계정)
- 서비스는 Sign in with Apple을 통해서만 가입할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 본인의 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 타인의 명의를 도용해서는 안 됩니다.
- 이용자는 앱 내 설정 화면에서 언제든지 자유롭게 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (콘텐츠 게시 원칙)
이용자는 다음 원칙을 준수하여 콘텐츠를 게시해야 합니다.
- 게시물은 음식·음료가 주인공인 사진이어야 합니다. 인물이 주인공인 사진(셀카 등)은 게시가 제한될 수 있습니다.
- 게시물 및 댓글에 아래 행위를 포함해서는 안 됩니다.
- 개인 연락처 교환을 유도하는 행위
- 오프라인 만남을 제안하는 행위
- 외모를 품평하는 행위
- 데이트를 목적으로 하는 발언
- 회사는 게시물 등록 시 인공지능을 이용하여 부적절한 콘텐츠 여부를 자동으로 판별하며, 판별 결과에 따라 게시가 제한될 수 있습니다.
제5조 (금지행위 및 무관용 정책)
- 이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 음란물, 폭력적·혐오적 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
- 타인을 희롱, 협박, 모욕하는 행위
- 제4조에서 금지한 데이팅 목적의 행위
- 허위 사실을 유포하거나 타인을 사칭하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
회사는 부적절한 콘텐츠 및 악의적인 이용자 행위에 대해 무관용(zero-tolerance) 원칙을 적용합니다. 신고 접수 시 24시간 이내에 콘텐츠 삭제 및 해당 이용자에 대한 이용 제한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
반복적으로 위반하거나 중대한 위반이 확인될 경우, 사전 통지 없이 계정이 영구 정지될 수 있습니다.
제6조 (신고 및 차단)
- 이용자는 부적절한 게시물, 댓글, 또는 다른 이용자를 언제든지 신고할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 원치 않는 다른 이용자를 차단할 수 있으며, 차단 시 서로의 게시물 및 활동이 양쪽 화면에서 모두 노출되지 않습니다.
- 회사는 신고된 내용을 검토하여 본 약관 위반이 확인될 경우 적절한 조치를 취합니다.
제7조 (지식재산권)
- 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 해당 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
- 이용자는 회사가 서비스 운영, 홍보, 개선을 목적으로 게시된 콘텐츠를 합리적인 범위 내에서 이용하는 것에 동의합니다.
- 서비스 자체에 대한 지식재산권은 회사에 귀속됩니다.
제8조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
회사는 운영상, 기술상의 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 이 경우 사전에 공지합니다. 다만 긴급한 경우 사후에 통지할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (면책조항)
- 회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임이 면제됩니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 신뢰성, 정확성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자 간 또는 이용자와 제3자 간에 발생한 분쟁에 개입하지 않으며, 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제10조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 필요한 경우 관계 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 적용일자 및 변경사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application service (the "Service") provided by Mukgomasil (the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
- The Service is a platform where users can post photos of food and drinks they have enjoyed and communicate through questions and answers with users in other countries who are curious about them.
- The Service is not a dating or matchmaking service and does not provide matching features based on age, gender, or appearance.
Article 3 (Registration and Accounts)
- Users may register for the Service only through Sign in with Apple.
- Users must provide accurate information about themselves and must not impersonate another person.
- Users may delete their account at any time through the Settings screen in the app.
Article 4 (Content Posting Guidelines)
Users must follow these guidelines when posting content.
- Food or drinks must be the main subject of every post. Posts primarily featuring a person, including selfies, may be restricted.
- Posts and comments must not include any of the following:
- Encouraging the exchange of personal contact information
- Proposing an in-person meeting
- Rating or judging another person's appearance
- Statements intended for dating purposes
- When a post is submitted, the Company uses artificial intelligence to automatically identify inappropriate content. Posting may be restricted based on the result.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct and Zero-Tolerance Policy)
- Users must not engage in any of the following conduct:
- Posting obscene, violent, or hateful content
- Harassing, threatening, or insulting another person
- Dating-related conduct prohibited under Article 4
- Spreading false information or impersonating another person
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
The Company applies a zero-tolerance policy to inappropriate content and malicious user behavior. After receiving a report, the Company may remove content and restrict the responsible user's access within 24 hours.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account suspension without prior notice.
Article 6 (Reporting and Blocking)
- Users may report inappropriate posts, comments, or other users at any time.
- Users may block other users they do not wish to interact with. Once blocked, each user's posts and activities will no longer appear on the other user's screens.
- The Company will review reported content and take appropriate action when a violation of these Terms is confirmed.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property)
- Copyright in content posted by a user remains with that user.
- Users agree that the Company may use posted content within a reasonable scope for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
- Intellectual property rights in the Service itself belong to the Company.
Article 8 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service when operationally or technically necessary and will provide advance notice. In urgent circumstances, notice may be provided afterward.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.
- The Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of content posted by users.
- The Company does not intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party and is not liable for resulting damages.
Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, provided that the changes do not violate applicable laws. The effective date and reason for each change will be announced in advance.
